Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Professional experience as a School Psychologist in educational settings
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Skill in conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing reports
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and administrators
- Familiarity with special education processes and regulations
What You'll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to support special education eligibility decisions
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians regarding student needs, learning strategies, and interventions
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, presenting findings and recommendations
- Provide written reports and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Cover two campuses by coordinating scheduling and services efficiently
- Serve as a resource for culturally responsive practices and language considerations
- No direct counseling responsibilities are required for this role
