Job Description
Step into an exciting opportunity supporting middle and high school students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. This full-time contract role spans from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, providing vital speech and language services within a dynamic school environment. There is one opening, with a 35-hour workweek scheduled between the hours of 7:15 AM and 4 PM. The district is seeking an in-person specialist to enhance their current team.
Desired Qualifications:
- Hold active Pennsylvania SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Demonstrated experience delivering services in a school setting
- Prior work with middle and high school age groups, preferably in urban environments
- Comfortable managing general SLP duties across diverse caseloads
- Proficient in completing all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to start date
- Reliable personal transportation for daily commute—onsite presence is required throughout the assignment
- Adaptable, collaborative, and skilled in tailoring interventions to student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students on your caseload onsite
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with other educational professionals
