Speech Language Pathologist in Hale Center, TX

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Active SLPA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure for the 2026-2027 academic year
• Candidates may hold or be pursuing their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or be eligible as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Experience or strong interest in supporting preschool and early elementary-aged students
• Solid understanding of best practices for articulation, language development, and social/pragmatic communication
• Professional, flexible, and able to collaborate with supervising SLPs and educational staff
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and student progress documentation

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy at the ECSE 3 through 1st grade campus
• Implement individualized therapy plans addressing articulation, language, and pragmatic skills
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Participate in team meetings, contribute insights on student progress, and collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff
• Engage with families and caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic strategies
