You’ll be working in an Early Childhood Special Education Preschool, supporting 3-5 year old preschoolers across three dedicated classrooms with a caseload of 25-29 students. The position may also be a fit for Clinical Fellows, making it an excellent early-career opportunity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible for Michigan SLP licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to strong SLP Clinical Fellowship candidates (CFY)
  • Pediatric experience or passion for working with early childhood populations
  • Experience in a school-based or healthcare setting, with teletherapy skills valued

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions to preschool-age children
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions—both in-person and via teletherapy—as needed
  • Document progress and adapt strategies for maximum student success
  • Support a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
