What You'll Do:

• Provide instructional support both in small groups and one-on-one for students across grades K–9
• Implement teacher-designed lessons and behavioral interventions, ensuring each child receives the attention they need to thrive
• Move comfortably between grade levels and classrooms as directed by daily school requirements
• Foster a supportive, encouraging relationship with students of varying ages, maintaining a positive, patient, and professional presence in every interaction
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school administrators to assist with classroom management, student supervision, and lesson activities

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate Degree, Paraprofessional Certification, or Praxis Assessment preferred)
• Proven ability to adapt quickly and show initiative in fast-paced educational settings
• Experience working with children across multiple grade bands (K–9th)
• Strong teamwork skills and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed
• Ability to stay organized, patient, and upbeat even when shifting between different grade levels
