Join our team as a Packer and become a vital part of a dynamic warehouse operation! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stability and growth at a leading logistics company in DeKalb, IL.
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Location: On-site in DeKalb, IL
Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack items for each customer order, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build boxes or pallets for shipment, preparing goods for timely dispatch.
• Properly place packaged items in their designated areas to streamline workflow.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in packing or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Strong ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and carry items as needed, demonstrating physical stamina.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
