Site Manager
Job Description
Supervise installation projects at customer sites.
Review Bills of Materials (BOM) for project accuracy.
Coordinate material shipments and site deliveries.
Inspect received materials for damage and completeness.
Participate in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage installation crews and onsite activities.
Monitor project schedules, quality, and safety.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate project handover and closeout with customers.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of installation or project management experience in Construction, Automation, or related industries.
Experience communicating with customers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building layouts.
Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75% travel - 3 weeks onsite / 1 week remote).
