Make Ready / Porter

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Status: Full‑Time | Property Management

We’re seeking a reliable Make Ready / Porter to support daily operations for a busy property management team in Dallas, TX. This role is essential in keeping units, common areas, and grounds clean, safe, and move‑in ready.

• Complete make‑ready tasks: cleaning, painting, patching, fixture replacement, and preparing units for new residents
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, laundry rooms, offices, and building exteriors
• Remove trash, debris, and maintain dumpster/trash chute areas
• Assist with grounds upkeep including litter removal, sweeping, and basic landscaping
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and property damage
• Support maintenance staff with minor repairs and unit turns
• Work efficiently, independently, and maintain a steady work pace

• 1–2 years of porter, janitorial, or make‑ready experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent productivity
