What you’ll need:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid SLP license in Rhode Island
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience working in school environments preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Dedication to providing evidence-based therapy and documentation

What you’ll do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
• Develop, plan, and deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough records, progress notes, and IEP documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
• Provide input for eligibility, re-evaluation, and annual meetings
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and empowered
