• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with educators and families
• PA state licensure (or eligibility)

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school staff and families
• Provide therapy services for a variety of communication disorders
• Maintain timely accurate records and progress reports
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other staff to support student success
