Job Description

Desired Background & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with educators and families
- PA state licensure (or eligibility)
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school staff and families
- Provide therapy services for a variety of communication disorders
- Maintain timely accurate records and progress reports
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other staff to support student success
- Offer parent and teacher consultations as needed
