• Organizational skills for documenting progress and maintaining records

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering tailored instructional strategies to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to meet IEP goals
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough and timely records
• Creating an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment that supports student growth
• Participating in meetings, trainings, and professional development as assigned
• Adapting to the unique needs of each student and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
