Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Lees Summit, MO

Step into an impactful role supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming academic year. In this onsite contract opportunity, you’ll join a collaborative educational environment near Lees Summit, MO, focusing on developing and implementing essential behavioral support programs.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Demonstrated experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Skilled in modeling behavioral strategies for teachers, paraprofessionals, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Strong background in RBT and BCBA supervision and staff training
• Expertise in developing, evaluating, and implementing positive behavioral supports
• Competence in data collection, analysis, and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary educational team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs and create effective BIPs tailored to student needs
• Model intervention strategies and train educational staff, including teachers and RBTs
• Supervise RBTs and collaborate with other BCBAs
• Support data-driven evaluations of behavioral programs and recommend improvements
• Perform classroom observations, offering actionable feedback for program enhancement
• Coordinate data collection systems and assist with data analysis
• Develop, implement, and assess programs and training sessions across academic, behavioral, and social domains
• Organize priorities efficiently to serve multiple students and schools
• Prepare reports, maintain electronic documentation, and help manage program materials

This contract runs from August 25, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with 37.5 hours per week onsite.
