Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Blue Springs, Missouri

Step into an impactful contract role supporting educational staff and students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. This assignment offers the opportunity to work onsite, collaborating closely with professionals across disciplines to drive positive student outcomes through the development and implementation of behavior intervention programs.

In this position, you'll play a vital role in shaping and evaluating behavioral supports, while also fostering staff development through meaningful training and coaching.

What you'll bring:

• Current BCBA certification
• Skilled in conducting and documenting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Experience modeling strategies for educators, paraprofessionals, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Strong background in supervising RBTs and collaborating with other BCBAs
• Familiarity with designing, coordinating, and supporting data collection systems
• Proficiency in researching current evidence-based practices and presenting findings
• Organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities and schedule needs across the school community

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading FBAs and developing effective BIPs
• Modeling and training intervention strategies for staff
• Supervising RBTs; supporting and mentoring other BCBAs
• Observing students and making recommendations for instructional and support plans
• Collaborating across teams to develop, coordinate, and evaluate positive behavior interventions
• Analyzing data to assess program efficacy and adjusting strategies
• Delivering presentations and training sessions on evidence-based topics
• Preparing reports and maintaining records in electronic formats

This position is onsite, ensuring hands-on support within a vibrant educational setting. You'll work school-day hours (37.5 per week) from late August through the end of May.
