Overview

The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities along with a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are currently looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our facility located in Siler City, NC. New graduate Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply.

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $127,000, complemented by an uncapped incentive compensation bonus program.

Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
  • Collaborating with other medical providers within the center.
  • Working with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a license as a registered nurse. Additionally, certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is necessary, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred. In states where practice regulations permit, the APRN must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice. Similarly, the PA must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for their respective states.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Salary Range: USD $115,000.00 - USD $127,000.00 per year.
