Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter for a contract opportunity in Albany, NY. This role will support full-cycle recruiting across a manufacturing-related organization, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, identify qualified talent, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
This is a strong opportunity for a consultative recruiter who enjoys influencing hiring strategy, building trusted relationships with business leaders, and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. The Corporate Recruiter will play a key role in improving hiring outcomes, strengthening candidate engagement, and supporting talent acquisition process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, establish recruiting plans, provide updates, and recommend effective hiring strategies.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates using recruiting tools, market research, talent mapping, and multiple sourcing channels.
- Present qualified candidate slates, provide hiring recommendations, and guide hiring teams through interview and selection decisions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and disposition statuses in the Applicant Tracking System to support compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $32.66 to $49.04 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Albany, NY.
