Family Law Attorney

SUMMARY:

Our client, a leading Wisconsin family law and divorce firm, is seeking a Family Law Attorney for its Milwaukee or Kenosha/Racine offices. The role focuses on representing clients in divorce and family law matters within a fast-paced, team-oriented practice that emphasizes client service, strong advocacy, and high-performance legal work.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

- Handle a range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related domestic relations cases

- Represent clients through all stages of litigation and case resolution

- Maintain strong client communication and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

- Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-driven environment

- Manage case preparation, filings, hearings, and ongoing case strategy

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2+ years of family law experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment

- Strong work ethic and client-first mindset

- Ability to manage cases independently with attention to detail
