Position Summary
We are seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services for K-12 students. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders while working closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities
•Provide speech and language therapy based on students' IEPs.
•Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
•Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable IEP goals.
•Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
•Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
•Collaborate with teachers, parents, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other providers.
•Provide guidance and communication strategies to school staff and families.
•Ensure compliance with federal, state, and school regulations.
Requirements
•Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
•Active Pennsylvania SLP License.
•Experience working with school-aged children.
•Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
