Embark on a fulfilling, school-based Occupational Therapy assignment supporting youth throughout the full academic year. Role Highlights:
- Deliver Occupational Therapy services to students in a supportive school setting
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s unique needs
- Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP requirements and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional insight on student goals
- Assist with therapeutic activities both in and outside the classroom
- Provide consultative support to staff for optimal student inclusion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Washington OT license and ESA certification
- Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is beneficial
- Effective communicator and team player
- Eagerness to engage in best practices and professional development
