This contract position offers an immediate start or the chance to join for the 2026–2027 school year, and provides the support of a collaborative, student-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive student assessments
• Interpreting assessment results and preparing detailed evaluation documentation
• Participating in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborating closely with educators, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Consulting on academic, behavioral, and mental health interventions to promote student well-being
• Supporting MTSS/RTI initiatives with evidence-based, data-driven decision-making
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Actively fostering positive learning spaces supporting the success of all students

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s, Ed.S., or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active Virginia School Psychologist license/certification, or eligibility to obtain by start date
• Strong skills in communication, assessment, and professional consultation
• Capable of working effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Previous school-based experience is a plus—however, applications from qualified new graduates are encouraged!
