Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings, and comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services individually or in groups
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy activities
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other school staff regarding student needs and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Provide support and training to educators regarding speech and language issues in the classroom
