Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings, and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services individually or in groups
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy activities
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other school staff regarding student needs and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Provide support and training to educators regarding speech and language issues in the classroom
