Assembly Technician Level IV

We are seeking an Assembly Operator IV to support fiber optic manufacturing operations. This role involves the assembly, termination, and testing of fiber optic cable and connector products in a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working with small, intricate components while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.

• Requirements:
• • 2–5+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Fiber optic manufacturing experience required
  • Experience using electronic testing equipment such as Oscilloscopes, DMMs (Digital Multimeters), and Variable Power Supplies
  • Strong hand-eye coordination with the ability to work on small, delicate components
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and experience operating manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Experience working in PPE-required environments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assemble, terminate, polish, and test fiber optic cables and connector products
• Perform inspections using technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards
• Operate fiber routing and over-molding equipment
• Support prototype builds, test builds, and new product introductions (NPI)
• Use calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools to ensure product quality
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs
• Complete production documentation and maintain traceability records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while collaborating with the team to meet production goals
