School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bonifay, Florida

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity where your speech-language pathology expertise will support students across elementary and high school levels. From August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, you’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of PreK–12th grade learners by delivering dynamic speech and language services in a friendly, collaborative environment.

Enjoy a steady 30-hour work week, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., working with a diverse caseload of approximately 150 students. In this role, you'll also provide supervision for three Speech-Language Assistants (SLAs), ensuring quality care and supporting their professional growth as they deliver services in both classroom and individual settings.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively supervise and mentor SLAs
• Comfortable working with a wide age range (PreK–12th) and mixed caseloads
• Strong organizational skills and confident communication with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech/language therapy for students with varied needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in alignment with IEPs
• Monitor therapy outcomes and maintain thorough progress documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Supervise and support three SLAs, providing ongoing feedback and assistance
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert recommendations
