Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility in process)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates accepted
  • Background in pediatric and/or school-based therapy preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
  • Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic practices and continuous professional growth

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct and consultative services for students
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing specific expertise and recommendations
  • Address communication, articulation, language, and social-pragmatic needs in one-on-one and group settings
  • Monitor progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Guide, mentor, or support SLP-CFY colleagues, if applicable
  • Communicate closely with families and staff to maximize student outcomes
