Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP development, delivery of speech/language interventions, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and support eligibility determinations
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement effective communication strategies in the classroom
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate regularly with caregivers and district personnel
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required
