Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Familiarity with evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
- Knowledge of IEP documentation and student progress reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to high school students
- Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
