Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Familiarity with evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
  • Knowledge of IEP documentation and student progress reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to high school students
  • Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
