Assignment Details:

  • Full-time hours: 37.5 per week, from August 12, 2026 to May 28, 2027
  • Openings on the North, Northeast, and South sides of the district
  • Opportunities at primarily a single campus, with some itinerant positions possible
  • Caseload specifics and age groups will be determined upon assignment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and a patient, student-focused approach
  • Ability to collaborate with educators and families to maximize students’ potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services and document student progress
  • Consult with teachers and support staff to integrate strategies across learning environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
  • Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere for students of varied backgrounds
