Job Description
Step into a rewarding role as a full-time Co-Teacher in Math for the upcoming academic year, supporting students in a high school setting near Mesa, AZ. In this onsite-only, contract position, you'll collaborate closely with fellow educators to provide dynamic instruction and foster a positive learning environment for a designated math class. The assignment runs from August 3rd through May 21st, 2027.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Secondary Teaching License (Standard) is required
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Prior experience teaching math in a classroom setting
- Ability to effectively co-teach and work within a collaborative instructional team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to onsite instruction—remote or virtual options are not available
Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with another math educator to deliver engaging, standards-based lessons
- Adapt curriculum to meet the diverse needs of students within a co-teaching environment
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support as needed
