Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience with K-12 student populations preferred

• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative support to students, staff, and families
• Train and coach school personnel in the implementation of behavioral strategies
• Collect and analyze behavioral data, adjusting plans as needed for student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with compliance for special education services
