LSS - Floor/Manipulator Warehouse Associate
Pay: $19.75/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Location: Greenwood, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a LSS - Floor/Manipulator Warehouse Associate for our TA Services, Inc. client to start on 06/22/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pneumatic, mechanical, robotic manipulator arms, forklifts, and cranes
- Unpack, repack, palletize, and stage materials following company procedures
- Inspect items for defects and damages; verify labels, routing cards, and part numbers
- Perform routine CILT checks (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate, Tighten) on equipment and workstations
- Follow OSHA safety regulations, utilize proper PPE, and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, production, or repacking preferred
- Experience with forklift, crane, manipulator arm, or robotic equipment is a plus
- Ability to stand long periods and lift 40–50+ pounds routinely
- Strong attention to detail for matching labels, part numbers, and routing cards
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Proficient in operating material handling equipment (pneumatic, mechanical, robotic)
- Knowledge of inventory accuracy and warehouse distribution processes
- Skills in loading, unloading, sorting, and shipping preparation
- Experience in quality assurance and inspecting materials
- Adherence to safety standards, OSHA regulations, PPE use, and housekeeping
