Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Tech (RCIS or equivalent highly preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience in a hospital or acute care setting
  • Proficiency with diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures
  • Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and technology
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
  • Adaptability and excellent communication in dynamic healthcare environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate specialized imaging equipment for cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cases
  • Monitor patient status and maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures
  • Record procedural data and ensure accurate documentation
  • Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
