This contract opportunity spans 12 weeks, beginning in early January, and offers a dynamic blend of in-person and virtual engagement. The position focuses on a single elementary school caseload, allowing for meaningful connections and impactful interventions.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a school environment.
  • Proficient in psychological assessments, IEP development, and student counseling.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families.
  • Comfortable supporting both on-site and remote services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments.
  • Serve as a collaborative member of IEP teams, providing actionable recommendations and support.
  • Deliver targeted interventions and crisis response as needed onsite and remotely.
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation to support student progress and compliance.
  • Consult with teachers and families to develop strategies that enhance student learning and well-being.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, 12-week maternity leave coverage beginning early January.
  • Elementary caseload focused within one school.
  • Hybrid model: 3 days in-person (Monday required), 2 days virtual per week.
