School Occupational Therapist - Riverside, California

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active and valid California OT license
• Demonstrated experience working within California school settings
• Proficient in administering BOT-3 and Peabody assessments to students aged 3-22 with varied and multiple disabilities
• Ability to manage fluctuating caseloads and complete timely assessments/consultations as student needs arise
• Skilled in analyzing and utilizing data to address parent questions and effectively advocate for appropriate services
• Confident working independently in the field, creating schedules based on district guidelines
• Bilingual Spanish is highly valued, but not required
• Familiarity with K-12 populations from mild to severe caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to ensure holistic student support
