Job Description

Multiple full-time openings are available, including positions for the full school year and a maternity leave coverage projected from August through March.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Active and valid California OT license
- Demonstrated experience working within California school settings
- Proficient in administering BOT-3 and Peabody assessments to students aged 3-22 with varied and multiple disabilities
- Ability to manage fluctuating caseloads and complete timely assessments/consultations as student needs arise
- Skilled in analyzing and utilizing data to address parent questions and effectively advocate for appropriate services
- Confident working independently in the field, creating schedules based on district guidelines
- Bilingual Spanish is highly valued, but not required
- Familiarity with K-12 populations from mild to severe caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct OT assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to ensure holistic student support
