• Deliver direct instruction and specialized support to a focused caseload of 10–15 third-grade students, utilizing both push-in and pull-out teaching models.
• Seamlessly adapt instructional strategies to meet the evolving needs of small groups or individuals spanning 3rd to 5th grade.
• Build strong, communicative partnerships with fellow educators, support staff, and administration, ensuring instructional alignment and consistent tracking of student progress.
• Champion inclusive education by establishing clear classroom expectations, advocating for resource needs, and effectively managing your caseload and classroom environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
