This contract position centers on providing dedicated support primarily to 3rd-grade students, while extending flexible push-in and pull-out guidance to 4th and 5th graders, fostering an environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction and specialized support to a focused caseload of 10–15 third-grade students, utilizing both push-in and pull-out teaching models.
- Seamlessly adapt instructional strategies to meet the evolving needs of small groups or individuals spanning 3rd to 5th grade.
- Build strong, communicative partnerships with fellow educators, support staff, and administration, ensuring instructional alignment and consistent tracking of student progress.
- Champion inclusive education by establishing clear classroom expectations, advocating for resource needs, and effectively managing your caseload and classroom environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Special Education Certification is highly desirable and will be strongly considered.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team and communicate proactively.
