Bridge Project Manager

Multi-disciplined consulting firm
\n with established office looking to add a talented Bridge Project Manager for their Des Moines team!

Responsibilities:

\n
• Project management duties for state/local bridge projects
  
\n
• Prepare structural design calculations for bridges and
  \n other transportation structures
  
\n
• Lead/mentor graduate engineers
  
\n
• Perform field investigations to evaluate structural
  \n conditions and develop repair alternatives
  
\n
• Responsible for communication with clients, agencies,
  \n stakeholders, and the public
  
\n
• Assist with business development opportunities related to
  \n bridge infrastructure
  
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in
  \n structures preferred
  
\n
• 5+ years of experience in bridge design
  
\n
• PE License in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, or Iowa
\n
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
  
\n
• Experience working with the Department of Transportation
  
\n
• Project management experience
  
\n
• Experience building/maintaining client
  \n relationships
  
\n

Salary is commensurate with experience.
