Seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to make a difference in students’ lives by supporting their mental health and academic progress. This full-time contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week, focusing on students in grades 7–12. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping adolescents navigate academic and social challenges throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in a school setting with grades 7–12 preferred
  • Strong assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of a variety of testing tools and procedures relevant to school settings
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including educational and psychological testing for students in grades 7–12
  • Administer standardized assessments and interpret results to develop intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with staff and parents to create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and support for students and staff as needed
  • Lead or participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend appropriate supports or services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports within established timelines
  • Support initiatives for positive school climate and student well-being
