Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Florida
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Recent experience working with high school students strongly preferred, but all passionate SLPs are welcome
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads and IEP processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Position Details:
- Two available part-time schedules: 2 days per week (16 hours) or 3 days per week (24 hours), both in a high school setting
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Provide consultative guidance to school personnel on speech/language development and classroom strategies
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students can reach their communication goals
