Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - San Ramon, CA

If you are a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY level), your expertise is needed for onsite service delivery. This position is dedicated to fostering growth for students while collaborating with educators and other specialists.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license and credentialing for schools
• Open to both CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates
• Passion for school-based practice and student-centered care
• Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring skills
• Comfortable working onsite, engaging directly with students and staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation
• Not open to SLPAs at this time

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
• Conduct evaluations, develop goals, and implement IEP-driven interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation reflecting student progress
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and school activities as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
