Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH/TDHH) | Full-Time | Hybrid
Position Details
Full-Time Hours/weekdays
High School Caseload
August 2026 - May 2027
Up to $55/hr depending on experience(Paid weekly)
Responsibilities
Oversee daily health needs and manage minor injuries and illnesses
Implement and maintain individual health plans (IHPs) for students with chronic conditions
Dispense medications and perform health screenings
Educate students and staff on wellness, hygiene, and safety practices
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other staff to ensure holistic student support
Are you who we're looking for?
Qualifications
Valid Arizona teaching certificate (or eligibility to obtain one).
Arizona Deaf/Hard of Hearing (Birth–Grade 12) Endorsement, or eligibility to obtain it.
Valid Arizona DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Ability to pass district background screening.
Compliance with any district onboarding requirements.
