Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Grand Ledge, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Finisher for our manufacturing client in Grand Ledge, MI to start immediately at $17.27/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• File, grind, sand, and smooth filled or repaired surfaces using hand and power tools
• Identify and correct minor and major blemishes on fiberglass molded parts
• Examine fiberglass surfaces to detect defects and make necessary repairs
• Use repair tools such as pin routers, sanders, air nozzles effectively
• Move parts to paint operations for primer, paint, and baking processes

Qualifications

• Prior fiberglass finishing experience recommended
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds periodically
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, team-oriented, and respectful attitude

Skills

• File, grind, sand, and smooth surfaces
• Surface inspection and defect detection
• Use of repair tools including pin routers, sanders, and air nozzles
• Surface preparation and finishing with fiberglass
• Knowledge of surface defect correction and repair techniques
