Litigation Attorney

Our client is seeking a 3+ years experienced Defense Litigation Attorney to handle complex civil defense cases from inception to trial.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of civil defense litigation matters independently.

• Represent clients in depositions, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and respond to discovery requests.

• Conduct legal research, develop case strategies, and negotiate settlements.

• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and maintain accurate billing records.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Admitted and in good standing with the [State] Bar.

• Minimum 3 years litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.

• Strong courtroom, deposition, research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
