You won’t be hired to stand in the office and complete paperwork. You’ll be trusted to lead, make decisions, develop people, and help drive the restaurant’s success.

What You’ll Do

You’ll partner closely with the General Manager while taking genuine ownership of daily operations.

• Lead high-volume restaurant shifts with confidence
• Build a positive, accountable team culture
• Coach and develop employees into stronger performers
• Maintain exceptional hospitality and service standards
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, labor, and operational controls
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and sound judgment
• Identify opportunities to improve execution, retention, and results
• Prepare for increased leadership responsibility as you grow

You should have:

• At least two years of restaurant management experience
• Full-service, high-volume, upscale-casual, or polished-casual experience
• Strong front-of-house operations and guest-service knowledge
• A hands-on leadership style with a visible floor presence
• The ability to coach employees and maintain accountability
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A stable employment history with demonstrated growth
• The flexibility required for restaurant leadership
• The desire and ability to grow into a General Manager role
