Trim Department FabricationTasks & Duties

  • Assist machine operators, welders, and technicians with daily production tasks

  • Load, unload, and move materials, parts, and equipment within the shop or yard

  • Clean and prepare work areas, tools, and machinery for daily operations

  • Perform basic assembly, grinding, sanding, or finishing work as directed

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand tools (if certified or trained)

  • Organize and restock materials, tools, and supplies to maintain efficient workflow

  • Assist with measuring, cutting, or fitting parts under supervision

  • Dispose of scrap materials and maintain a clean, safe workspace

  • Night Shift, 3 pm to 1 am

  • Monday - Friday

Trim Department FabricationQualifications (Requirements/Skills)

  • Trim Department Fabrication experience preferred

  • GED / High School Diploma

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Able to work in the US

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work

  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills

  • Good communication skills and teamwork attitude

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of shop safety practices

THIS IS VERY HANDS ON WORKING WITH TOOLS. SAFETY PPE MAY BE WORN IN AREA WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED.
