Oral Health - Chief Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon
Job Description
Our organization is seeking a full-time oral and maxillofacial surgeon to take on the role of Chief of Oral Health within the Division of the Department of Surgery. This position entails engaging in a comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgery practice while also providing administrative leadership for both OMFS and Dentistry.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee clinical practices and administrative functions.
- Facilitate didactic and clinical training for residents.
- Engage in outreach and philanthropic initiatives.
- Collaborate with community organizations as needed.
- Support and promote clinically focused research efforts.
- Manage a general practice residency alongside the oral and maxillofacial surgery residency.
- Possession of a DDS or DMD degree.
- Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Credentials and experience suitable for an academic appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor level.
This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes:
- Starting salary ranging from $159,000 to $985,945, based on academic rank and experience.
