Insight Global is seeking a Senior Construction Health & Safety Officer to support large-scale wastewater infrastructure projects in Alexandria, VA. This individual will partner with the Construction Management team, client stakeholders, and contractors to ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements across active construction sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of construction safety experience
• Experience supporting municipal water/wastewater construction projects
• Current BCSP certification (CSP, CHST, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, audits, investigations, and contractor oversight
• Experience with electronic Project Management Information Systems (ePMIS)

Software & Systems:

• Procore
• Trimble
• ePMIS platforms
• Construction safety reporting and accountability systems

Preferred:

• Heavy civil, infrastructure, utility, water, or wastewater project experience
• Experience managing safety programs on large capital construction projects
