Registered Respiratory Therapist - Park Hill, Oklahoma

Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An immediate opportunity is available for a skilled professional with experience as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist to join a dynamic healthcare team on a vital contract assignment. Step into a critical role managing patients from neonates to adults with acute illnesses and diverse medical needs.

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour night shifts
• 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications:

• Active NBRC credentials required
• Valid Oklahoma Respiratory License required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (AHA only)
• NRP certification required
• Proficiency with Cerner Charting preferred
• At least 6 months of recent, relevant experience
• Experience working with a full age spectrum, from neonates to adults

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care and therapeutic procedures for patients of all ages dealing with acute and complex medical issues
• Respond to emergent situations and provide advanced airway management and resuscitation if necessary
• Administer, monitor, and adjust mechanical ventilation and other respiratory interventions as ordered
• Perform diagnostic respiratory testing and assessments
• Accurately document all care and collaborate with medical staff using Cerner Charting
• Communicate promptly with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
• Educate patients and loved ones about respiratory treatments and home care needs
