Job Qualifications
- Two-year college degree plus two years of supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on restaurant leadership
- Proven track record in people management, team development, and delivering on budgeted financial results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and align a diverse team
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, and POS systems such as CBORD, Simphony, or Micros
- Experience in contract food service, particularly within school or university dining programs
- Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Responsibilities
As the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in Glendale, AZ, you will play a hands-on leadership role supporting the daily operation and overseeing hourly staff. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling accurate administrative recordkeeping, daily cash reconciliation, and shift log documentation
