Job Description

Process daily accounting transactions accurately and efficiently. Perform high-volume data entry and maintain financial records. Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Analyze financial data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel. Create and maintain Pivot Tables and utilize VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions to analyze large data sets. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks. Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and audit preparation. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
