CSR Specialist Commercial Furniture
Job Description
What You'll Do-Manage the complete sales order fulfillment process from project kickoff through completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and support the Account Manager.
Attend client meetings, conduct onsite field verifications, and provide exceptional customer support.
Consult with clients and designers to recommend furniture solutions that meet project goals and budgets.
Coordinate order entry, purchase orders, factory communication, delivery schedules, and project timelines.
Oversee projects, work orders, and furniture installations from inception to completion.
Track order status and proactively communicate updates with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
Resolve order issues, punch list items, and installation concerns in a timely manner.
Analyze project requirements, site conditions, and delivery logistics to ensure successful execution.
Enter orders into the SBX system and maintain accurate project documentation.
Collaborate with sales, design, customer service, operations, and manufacturers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay current on furniture products, industry trends, and new product offerings through ongoing training.
