Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Analyst (Contract)

Job Summary:
ATR International has a contract opening for a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Analyst supporting Gilead Sciences in Foster City, CA. You'll manage SharePoint Online content and governance, build Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Forms), and help bring AI tools like Microsoft Copilot into everyday workflows for the PDM business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and metadata for accuracy and usability
• Enforce content governance aligned to enterprise information architecture standards
• Improve content quality, navigation, and discoverability with business stakeholders
• Build Power Apps, Power Automate, and Forms solutions for workflow automation
• Integrate workflows with SharePoint for approvals, data capture, and notifications
• Bridge business and technical teams on requirements and platform issues
• Manage SharePoint permissions and security compliance
• Build Power BI dashboards for usage/adoption insights
• Build lightweight AI assistants/agents using Copilot and other AI tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years' experience in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms experience
• Knowledge of SharePoint permissions/security/governance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
