School Speech Language Pathologist - Seaside, California

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid CA SLP license or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed; strong supervision available for Clinical Fellows (CF)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Genuine passion for working with children and school-aged populations

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) targeting student needs
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in-person, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking, adhering to district and state standards
• Provide support, training, and resources for educational staff as it relates to speech and language development
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
